Before we start working on your website, we take some time to get to know your business. This is accomplished through a survey to learn more about your business in order to initiate the project. After the survey, we will schedule a kick-off call to review the survey result and discuss your website project in detail.
In the survey, you can expect questions on your business, your vision for your website, the products and services you wish to highlight, and your design-related needs and preference. After completing the survey, we will follow up with a kick-off call within 1-2 business days. During this call, we will review your survey results together, and ensure we both understand what’s expected to make your new website a success. Immediately after the call, we will start the design process for your website!
Once your kick-off call is complete, we go to work immediately. The first phase in your website development projects is the design concept phase. During the design concept phase, we take the information collected about your business and pair that up with our forward looking design standards.
Within 5 business days, you will receive 2-3 design concepts from us showcasing proposed home page design concepts that represent your business. Each design concept will present your business with a different look and feel. From the design concepts provided, you get to pick and choose what you like or don’t like; and we also invite your feedback in general. If you don’t like what you see, we will always be willing to go back to the drawing board and present you with something new.
Once you have approved your collection of design concepts, we move forward with developing your fully functional website. This process takes 1-2 weeks as it involves integrating your design concepts with HTML, coding dynamic functionality, and integrating with a content management system.
A demo will be complete with your approved designed, a functioning navigation, SEO friendly site structure, mobile-friendly (responsive) framework, dynamic functionality, and anything else required to make your website a success. We welcome you to provide any feedback or changes you want to be addressed before moving your website to launch.
Once your website is updated with changes, free of bugs, and complete with content, we proceed with launching your website. This includes configuring your domain and loading your website files to the live server.
The launch happens quickly. Typically within 1-2 business days depending on the complexity of your website. Once your website goes live we notify you immediately via email. Should you have any concerns at any moment we are available via phone or email. We want to make sure you are comfortable with how your website looks to the world and will never leave you hanging with a website that has issues or sudden glitches. We want you to depend on us.
